为什么我会成为诗班指挥？
一个问题要去思想~~
想了想~~
当初，为什么会开始这个事奉呢？？在不知什么事之下，被人推上成为一首歌的指挥，而且不是平常的诗歌，而是一首要去比赛的歌，那时我也懵懵懂懂，糊里糊涂的接受。。
虽然不懂为什么会无缘无故被人推上，可能是诗班里没有人愿意？还是因为我会一点点的钢琴？
不清楚，但是给我，相信是神的一个安排~
在之前，我并不是一个固定的诗班员，甚至没有去了一段时间。。。回来诗班后也只是来唱唱，并没有看重什么，但是自从被推上后，诗班对我在也不一样了。。
以前完全不认为怎样的一个事奉，现在是一个不能看轻的一个事奉~~
我不认为我会很多东西，甚至可能我什么也不懂，但是，我相信，这是神的一个安排，要不然，我心中对这个事奉有的不是一个责任罢了，而是多了那股热诚，那份火热的心~~从来没有一个事奉，可以让我觉得那么的甘甜，那么的喜乐~~记得我在圣诞节无法献唱时，那种失落，那种伤心，是不能形容的~这让我更加的肯定，这是神要我站守的一个地方。。就因为这样，虽然不是什么很厉害的老师，但是，我相信，神会给我足够的恩典，在这个岗位上，尽上神要我做的东西~~~以诗歌，圣乐，来荣耀神，让更多人明白了解敬拜赞美，音乐事奉的重要性~~
走到今天，看见诗班与以前相比，是很不一样了，人多了，在教会也比以前被重视了许多，但是这并不是可夸耀的，反而，还需要更加的努力与进步，而不是停留在这个瓶颈，沾沾自喜。。。看见诗班员没有热诚，没有认真的心参与时，真的不知该怎么办，不知如何去再次激励他们。。。唯有能做的，是做好自己的本分，尽上自己的能力，希望诗班员能够了解，明白，让他们真的愿意顺服指挥班长的教导，并同心合一的将音乐，诗歌献给神，荣耀神~~
要得到神的祝福恩典，我必须努力的改进自己，学习更多，更重要的是，谦卑让主使用！！因为我本来就不懂什么，一切都是圣灵的引导，神的安排，要记得咯！！！

又是诗班？hah~
诗班，本是不一样的事奉。
很多时候，基督徒都以为诗班这个事奉是最容易的，所以很常看到人第一个事奉就是参加诗班，成为诗班员。。。
但诗班真的是那么简单吗？？其实不然，所有事奉都不是乱来的，所有的事奉都必须以认真的态度来看待，因为所有的事工都是神的事工，如果不是神所允许，不是神认为的时间，一个简单事工也不会在教会中进行。。。甚至神认为你不适合的话，你尽办法想参与那个事奉也不能。。。
教会的事工也各有不同，有的是对内，有的对外。。。举例，宣教，探访，布道，都是对外的，为要广传福音，也是教会最重要的事工。。说是最重要，也不可忽略其他的事工，例如栽培事工，团契，祷告，敬拜赞美等等。。神创造人，给每个人不同的恩赐，让每个人在不同的事工上有份。。虽说可能是很简单的，泡茶，扫地，这些看是很渺小的一个工，跟牧师比，跟宣教士比，好像是用大山与小沙相比，其实不是，给‘分数’的不是我们人，而是神，哪怕是那么一丁小，没人注意的东西，神都看在眼里，因为你做的，是为神而作，将来神必定会赏赐的。。。
神看的，不是一个人的伟大，而是看人的内心，如果一个牧师，可以整千万人归向主，但是心里骄傲，不把神放在眼里，认为是自己的能力所成就的；我相信，神看这个牧师也比不过一位年老的阿公，默默的，尽心的每个星期为教会打扫吧。。（我不是说我知道神如何判断人，但是要说出神是看人的内心，不是看外表成就）
音乐，是一个很广大，很复杂的东西，玩音乐的人会要求这个，要求那个，为了是呈现出最完美，最美丽的一个艺术，对，没错，是一个艺术。。。现时代的音乐，因为被潮流，流行歌曲所影响，很多音乐的元素都被污染了，很少人会去真正欣赏音乐，体会它的美，要求它的完美。。。（不是说流行歌曲不美，只是它是音乐的另一个小分叉罢了）有谁会去注意一首歌里面的音乐呢？？有人会去欣赏几个乐器一起伴奏的和声呢？？有谁去体会那个鼓，或是钢琴，在一首歌的贡献呢？或是一个orchestra里面各个乐器的音符呢？？或是歌手要表达的精华呢？？
音乐不是围绕在爱情主题里罢了（大部分流行歌曲都是以这个主题为大纲）~~它可以表达的，不只是爱情，也可以是一个心情，一个季节，一个灾难，一个景色，一个人，一只昆虫，一只动物，飞鸟，一个物件，一个过程，一个生命等等。。。它是艺术，一个靠创意生存的东西，把它捆绑在一样东西，等于把它杀死~~
说回来，在敬拜赞美，音乐与崇拜呢？是教会中的一大事工，并不是唱唱歌罢了那么简单，因为敬拜赞美，音乐与崇拜是一个带领会众来赞美，敬拜，归荣耀与至高的神，不是一个玩笑！这也是为什么，诗班特别需要纪律，需要牺牲与付出。。。这也是为什么，领唱的并不是在台上表演，开演唱会。。。这也是为什么，崇拜的次序并不可以乱乱编，乱乱改。。。
诗班，讲求的，也是要以完美的音乐，献上给神，犹如古代的祭师那般，为众人献上祭物。。。以前以色列的利未人，也有特别的部门负责唱歌，玩乐器的人，也就是先今所谓的诗班，敬拜赞美团。。。他们是如何呢？？他们是全时间的在这个岗位上，也就是从小就在音乐中学习，长大，是专业人士，而不是现在般每个星期两三个小时的练习罢了。。他们的职业，就是在这个诗班，敬拜赞美团，可以想象，他们的专业。。。据个例子，我国的篮球运动员与美国的nba篮球运动员，我国的通常是业余运动员（也就是他们除了打篮球之外，还有其他的职业），美国的是职业运动员，每天去上班就是打球，就单单比技巧，可以是天差地远， 换回来比以前利未人的诗班与现代的诗班~~~~~~自己想象吧。。。。
为什么诗班会要求那么严格的纪律呢？为什么要求回去一定要练习呢？为什么要求不可缺席呢？？
因为如果不那样做，一个诗班并不能把最好的献上，一首歌，并不是三个小时就可以练得十全十美，不能的。。我参加诗班那么久，从来没有一首歌是可以唱到完美无缺的，无论花了三个小时，或是十个小时，甚至二十小时，也是不能。。。
为什么不可以缺席？？因为只要一次缺席，就会打乱那练习的进度。。可能你认为我已经会唱了，何必要一直练啊？？其实会唱了，并不代表你能把那首歌的意义完全表达出来，可能连5%都不能吧。。。更何况，诗班不是一个人，而是一大群人的服事，羽球双打已经需要很好的默契，很久的配搭才能表现好，更何况是一个20人，40人，甚至100人的诗班？？
如果你认为，无法胜任这个事奉，还是不要乱乱拿，想清楚事奉是为什么，是为神？是为了学唱歌？为了一起玩乐？还是为了什么？？？当然如果你愿意牺牲，付出，为了将最好献给神，我相信那你会越事奉，越甘甜，是一种连世界上最甜的东西也不能比的甘甜。。。神也必定大大的倾倒福气在你身上，为了你更能荣耀神~~~
加油吧，诗班员！！！希望我们能够同心的将最好献给主，将最完美的音乐献上成为馨香的祭物，为了荣耀神的名！！！

go or nt to go?
half year ago, 1 year ago, 2 year ago, 3 year ago->suit urself for the time, the time for u to choose courses and university for further study..
remember tat particular time, hw excited and anxious in getting into an university??
bt, current day, i only can see, hw most of the ppl hate getting bac to uni..hw this changing occur?doesnt tat goin to uni is ur dream, and now?
ha..hw ironic...
is the person had change?or the uni is nt as good as u once think of??or smthng happen tat make u detest it?or jz purely ur rebelling spirit on the move??

future teacher?
for a man(woman) to grow up, he(she) need to be educated...since the day a person come to this world, the learning process started...in fact, the process started even be4 the birth-day!
he will learn hw to cry and breathe the moment started in this world, den learn hw to sleep, drink, look, hear, eat, goin toilet, crawl, walk, talk, run, read, write, think, and also making frends....
it is a lifelong process...a learning process...it nvr end...since the day human settle down and build house, thr a profession call education...person whu manage this profession is called teacher...teacher is given an important task to teach younger person, depending on the field, from basic kindergarten, primary sch, secondary sch up to specialize field in tertiary level...
tat y, the responsibility of teacher is huge, goes as a saying, a child is a future leader of a nation...this saying goes wif a condition, A PROPER EDUCATED CHILD is a future leader of a nation..only a proper educated ppl knw how to lead a country, managing huge resource of a country, steering the country through crisis and hardship, dealing wif diplomatic relationship wif other countries, and also the critical thinkin to make decision, of cox minus the cunning to gain more power and earn money through corruption...
so bac to the basic, hw to educate a person??parent play an important role, teaching the child bout value of life and faith...and also teacher to educate the student in technical field, including read, count, write, talk and go to more advanced lvl of knowledge...look simple eh??
surely no...a teacher required not only teaching the student, bt also becm role model for thm to learn..we all knw child learn from their elder and superior rite??
when a country haf gud professional teacher, efficient education system, im sure the country will thrive and prosper...bt if a country lack of those, it will crumble and devolve, eventually ppl will migrate and move away...den, the poor education system will produce bad leader and they will lead the country to ruin...solely rely on foreign skill, financial and human resource is not the way...
in this country, we haf education courses in tertiary lvl, training future teacher to teach the youngs...bt, whu are these future teacher???looking at it, it is barred for application, controlled nt by meritocracy, bt racial quota..those whu are much better are not allowed to further this profession if the racial quota is reached, and hence more mediocre are taken, to be our future teacher...not only tat, it is said tat, those whu cannot take better courses(doctor, lawyer, engineering) are doomed to becm teacher, its sound like a shame to becm a teacher...
lookin at the quality of the student taken for education courses, much of thm cant even write proper english, speak proper english..a real example taken from student whu pursue education courses, below is an excerpt written by thm for some english research...

yes, i admit my english is nt as gud as other, bt looking at these excerpt, i bet even primary 6 student cant understand it...
i cant imagine in the future when these teacher come out to work in country's sch, teaching the student....1 thng for sure, i would rather homesch my kids than sending thm to sch letting such teacher educate thm...
how can a teacher call himself/herself a teacher if he or she cant even write a proper sentence???mind u english is an international language, dun argue wif me on national languange...if u master national language but nth on english, u still failed in this world, this is the era of globalization, if u dun master the common language used by every1 else, u will be left behind, devoured by the tsunami of civilization...
p/s: im sure thr are professional teacher out thr, i appreciate wad u contribute, bt thr too much rotten egg in the basket...i cant stop myself frm writing all this...for those whu still study in education courses, i hope u can really prepare urself and becm a real teacher...a teacher whu is capable of nurturing a student into an useful, respectable man!!after all, im sure you wont send ur kids to a bad teacher too, rite?

ChiNese New year exodus
a lods head off airport today..while some head off to kl for 'last minute' shopping...ppl in west malaysia might not understand, y Sarawak ppl always went bac so early..haha, simple reason, air ticket is not like bus ticket available everyday, all the time...and the price is not cheap 2...of cox we also miss our home as we cant go bac home as often as most of west malaysia ppl, even doh the distance and travel time is almost the same(mayb shorter?) compare to upper north malaysia, the effect of the GREAT south east china sea in much much bigger implication on the mind of sarawakian and sabahan...it separate us away from the home land much further than one could imagine... psychology effect...duhh
anyway, the mood of chinese new year is boiling up, of cox catalyzed by hot weather here...=.=|||
yes, again is february; yes, again is chinese new year...celebration?yes!fire cracker?yes!tasty food and beverage?yes for sure...the mood of relaxing and having fun is every whr!!!
